Will this exam be marked by an external examiner?
Yes. It will be marked by both me and the external examiner. The same external examiner that looked at the assessments. The process is largely the same irrespective of whether it's CA or exam.
Single handedly ruined the course for me. Well done on killing all the enthusiasm I had for the Computing course.
